Looking to buy a 1 bedroom condo. Location is not too important, but the closer it is to downtown the better. Something newer/renovated would be nice. PM me and let me know what you have.

Corner of 36St and Erin Woods drive. Nice looking 1 BD suites for 108,000. I just got a flyer today. Not far from Downtown either.

Anyone know if that's a good/safe area to live in? I have heard some bad things about the Dover area.

Nothing wrong with that area. It's far from the shit that you deal with in Dover.

Anyways, 600 sq. ft, 1 bd, 1 bath condo.

Purchase price information:

Price inc. GST - $108, 554
Down Payment - $5, 430
Mortgage - $557
Condo Fees - $127 - includes water, gas, electricity and more
Property Taxes - $80

That's exactly what I see in the flyer. There's a pic of the furnished condo, and it looks rather nice and modern.
