Couldn't find much on this, but what are your guy's favorite foods for gaining mass that are really quick to prepare? Now I'll down a huge glass of milk, but that is only so good. Plus I cook a bunch of chicken breasts at the start of the week and then eat them whenever.
What else is there that is good and loaded with protein, with a decent amount of carbs?

Spaghetti with extremely hearty meat sauce.

I make it as follows:

1lb Lean ground Beef
1/2 chopped onions
3 green onions - chopped
2tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
2tbsp worchesteshire sauce
ground pepper
1 sml can tomato paste
1 large can tomato sauce
1 large can diced tomatoes

simmer

I eat lots of protein, nothing better than meat and fish. I eat steak/chicken/fish every day, with some green vegetables/legumes like asparagus/beans/broccoli. I try to limit the pasta to once every 2 weeks, as I am not as active as I used to be (I used to wrestle when I was in University). If you are very active, then you will be able to process more carb. I am 5'7" and 215lbs, but not really as "fat" as my name implies.
Basically, I preheat my oven to 380F, and put the steak and veggies in for 15 min.

Haha, not juiced. And not oompa loompa looking either. Not posting pics of myself, cuz that is totally Gay... This isn't amihot... But I can tell you I my neck is 18.5", and from being measured for suits, I am 46-34-42. Really, it isn't a big deal. Healthy people who are heavier also carry a lot of weight in their legs and back, as do I. Great for lifting/throwing heavy objects/people. There are a lot of guys that carry their weight well out there.

Never had Nutella, and can't remember what it is, but does it lack sugar or does it have more sugar. Sugar is good for gaining weight isn't it?

Believe me, I've seen him in person he's closer to being 5 foot 5 than the 5 foot 10 he's listed at.

My snacks are usually

pre-cooked chicken breast or can of tuna or pre-boiled eggs
cereal or PB sandwich
glass of milk
yogurt

That's ~5-600 calories, ~30g protein, and lotsa carbs in under 15mins
