Got to get the finacee's car detailed inside and out, whats a decent shop for a decent price... it just needs a good cleaning (yes i realise its almost winter and yes i have a reason for this request at this time)

Rough pricing or websites with pricing would be appriciated.

Try Platinum Auto Detailing in the Douglasdale Auto Centre. They do excellent work. There were a sponsor of beyond as well:

I've heard some good things about Ziebart for the interior detailing. Call there are compare the prices.
