looking for somehtin gin the deep south as im in town about 4-5 days a month and would be useles to get a membership her as well......so anywhere in the south south ..like shawnessy Y? jsut dont know how there dorp in things/pric3es wourk...TIA

I think the Y is like $5?
Last time I worked out in a Y I was in grade 10, prices could have changed ;) lol

is that all the time or is drop in only specific hours? and most importantly is it half decent?

Midnapore mall has a place thats pretty decent. I don't know if they have drop in rates but they seem friendly enough to work something out.

you mean that physio place? it looked so weak when i walked past there...its like a high school weight room in there

Not sure which one you mean,

They have a smaller shop in the mall, that looks quite pathetic, but in the NW corner of the mall there's a gym with enough equipment for maybe 50 people at one time.

Last hour at the Talisman centre is 3$. Gotta be one of the cheapest in town.

that was my regular gym over summer....but they dont do drop in ...

the Y is 10 for adults
5 for youth
so if ur under 18 take advantage of that sheit haha

Also, any of the leisure centres, and the talisman will let you in for about $10 .
