Excellent winter car or project car, drives excellent, decent fuel milage, lots of power, all wheel drive, ABS, disc brakes all around.
I have to sell this car and get a 4dr because we are expecting another baby and a rear facing car seat and a booster seat simply will not fit in this car.

JDM 4G63T motor w/ Cyclone IM
removed cat & replaced muffler
Pioneer CD Player
maintenance:
new plugs
new wires
new ignitor
new crank angle sensor
new coil packs
new tires: front
~65-80% tires: rear
DSM AWD transfer case recall performed @ northwest motors red deer
new front and rear diff seals & axel seals. @ northwest motors red deer
needs: release bearing
needs: timing belt & balance shaft belts (soon, we inspected them and they look nearly new but it's a good idea to replace them anyways as i haven't done so yet.)
needs: finish up bodywork on passenger door & paint. otherwise there are a few surface rust bubbles starting to show but nothing that can't easily be fixed.
condition:
exterior is in decent shape, its virtually rust free now as stated above, minor fixups required.
interior: 2 tiny cracks in passenger side dash otherwise 100% mint.
