Spotted: Toyota Sera

Now this is a really cool car. I heard rumors of this thing but thought it was just a concept until now. Suppossed to be based on the Toyota MR2 is what I hear. RHD so I assume this thing is imported.

Looks almost like Paseo meets SVX. I think the styling is BLAND.

You should see the original owner's manual. It shows the Sera is very unhappy when you open the door while moving, especially with pedestrians on the sidewalk.

The Sera is its own vehicle, it's not based on the MR-2.

neat little cars.. first saw it when I was in Nagoya Japan and I met Lon @ Worldcarlink.. at our friend's wedding and he drove the Sera while his wife and kids drove the van.. :rofl:

I have seen this car LOONNNGG time ago when I was visiting India. When I say long, I mean like atleast a good 5+ years ago. It was prolly imported by someone there as well, but I deff. seen this before. It looked quite cool when I first saw it, still not bad i guess.
