View Full Version : Will a ITR recaro SRD fit with with Bride rails?

quick question for you nissan guys,
I have been discussing this with other members and searching all over the net and still no answer.
Im getting new seats, ITR recaro's and i need a bride rail because anything else sits too high,

WILL this bolt up????

- width: if you remove the plastic pockets in the doors, the seats will most likely clear everything but you'll probably have a hell of a time turning the knob on the side to adjust angle of seat
- height: I'd like to know what crazy brackets you can fab up to get these seats to sit at normal, or below normal height. The ITR recaros don't mount like other srd's, they're a bit different which would make it difficult to mount on a bride rail.


Here's a link of someone that's tried it....even I thought about doing it lol. Anyway's if you get it to work, good for you:thumbsup:

Bride offers a metal bar to run across the bottom of the seat to use bride rail, no biggie

You need the bottom type of bride seat/rails, they have two types one for side (bucket types) and bottom mount which you need in this case. You might need adapters for recaro seats. Theres someone selling a set on zilvia.net

i still use my honda emblem for a teddy bear! i still love honda, this nissan is going to take some getting use to.

You will always have honda in your heart jonny, dont be foolish. I am sure soon we will be helping you slap a turbo onto a nice, built, b18c.:)
