Hey everyone, i'm new here and just wanted to say hello!
I have what you might call and interesting car....it's a 98 Lamborghini Diablo SV...triple black.

Hey Man, nice car to say the least... I mean come on, who can say bad things about a Lambo. :)

I was down in Atlanta for the NOPI nationals this year. Lots of amazing cars in your area thats for sure. :thumbsup:

I've owned it for just over a year, and we have a baby on the way (due in Jan)....so the car will have to go within a few months of that.....maybe in the Spring or Summer of next year

Must be the tractor heritage? ha.... but seriously I've been "under the hood" of a lot of tractors.. kind of the same function over form type of deal and always writing strange things on there that belong in the books, firing order?... Anyways still a nice ride...

I think you're right. Like I need to make myself aware of the firing order everytime I open the hood????

Surely though if you have the money for this car, you have some money for a SUV or Minivan?, anyway, I'm sure you can fit a baby chair in the umm back.....somewhere...lol....congrats on the baby, nice car.

Thanks everyone....also have another gallery on there of some of our clubs cars...I attended the "Italian Car Day", hence there are a lot of Ferraris, some Lambo's, and yes some guy brought bith his F50 and his Enzo.....:drool:

The site, with the exception of the car, has nothing to do with this forum....just where the pics are.

And when you have a family, house, and three other cars....the bad part is the toys are always the first thing to go...:(
With the baby due in Jan...we MIGHT sell the car by April or May...hopefully not... (fingers crossed, whispering please don't sell it)

why does the speedo only have 5 digits though?
Are you not allowed to drive this car over 99 999K?
Or does it always stop working before that or something?
Like I know it's a rare car not for everyday driving...
but they get old too :S

oh and the firing order thing..heh
well they just like letting everyone know what a V12 looks like :eek:

Nice car. The only thing I wish they'd change is that the writing on engine should be in Italian.

It is 12,883 shown on the six-digit odometer. For tenths of a mile, you use the trip odometer (the one that shows 564.8).

the car has just over 13,000 KM on it now....no too sure what that equates to in miles..(7 or 8000?miles)...

still breaking it in...:D

Um, no. That is 13000 miles. KM is the minor scale. This is a US car.

It's kilometers......trust me.

If you look at the bottom left you'll see m.p.h. and km.h.....then look at the top right above the digits showing the "mileage"...it's in kilometers (Km in green).

I've owned the car for just over a year and that was one thing I have always kind of questioned...but Lamborghini states it's in Km.....i'll take their word for it.

Something to be said for it though....I went down to Lambo dealership today...there was a very nice 2001 black Diablo w/silver & black seats there- and the rest of the interior was carbon fiber....it looked sweeeeeet
