hey just thought I'd let everyone know,

I was at canadian tire today buying oil for my car. They have quaker state 5w30 and 10w30 on sale for 10 bucks for the 4.4 liter jug, plus there is a stack of coupons right there giving you a free oil filter with the purchase as well. I thought this was a good deal so I stocked up...:dunno:

Oh yeah this was at the shawnessy location, but i assume it would be the same everywhere?

no more 10w30 .. the one by T&T.. next cheap place is part source $30.99

just went there today and got this deal. only costed me 8 something with my canadian tire card :D

^and there is still a bunch of 10w30 left

I'm assuming this is just regular Quaker and not full Synthetic...either way good deal :thumbsup:

There is also Mobil 1 synthetic 5.4L for 29.99 at Canadian Tire too.

5.4L? do you mean 4.4L? or 4.4L + bonus 1L? sorry I don't get flyers where I live...

Just got back from the CDN tire on 36st NE.

They have the Mobil 1 4.4L jugs + a 1L jug for 29.99

They also have the Quaker State 4.4L jugs (5w30 or 10W30) for 9.99. They give a free Quaker state oil filter with it, but they did not have any when I was there, so they substituted a free Motomaster filter instead. Not bad for $10. It's just the conventional oil but its a really good price.

They have tons of 5w30 right now. Not where the oil is (those are empty) but beside the filters (they have unopened boxes) that you can just tear open and take a jug.

Superstore should also have it, I was at Superstore here in Saskatoon today and they had Mobil 1 4.4L+1L bonus for $29.99, I can only assume that its the same in Calgary as they would match the price there too.
