Needed: Temp Job

My job has recently ended for the company I'm with now, so I'm looking for something temp to fill the time until another job arises. I deal with labor disputes, but have a long background in the culinary field. I'm looking to be paid "under the table" as this is the easiest way to go about this situation. I'm looking for a job bouncing, doing close protection, driving, or cooking. I'm not sure, I would think that some sub contracted companies would do off the books work.

I've worked with some of the oil/gas people in northern Alberta and it seems like something they might be open to.

Unfortunately, it's rather tough to make contacts while down south.
