Ive had mine in for montshs now. i dont even remember when i put them in. over a year a least.
yes you can get them at crappy tire. i think they are really worth the money.

They are more white than blue, probably like 85% white 15% blue. Far away it's pure white but when you look up close you can see a bluish tint.

they were on sale in the last flyer i got, if they only came in H3 id pick some up for my fog lights.
if anyone sees any H3s let me know.

k gotta say, not everyone wants to bother saving for a 500 dollar mod when 15 dollars will get you decent looking lights for your stock headlamps, not everyone has tons of money at thier disposal
yea i picked some up, i had ricer blues in but they both burnt out in 3 months :thumbsdow , had these now for 4 and still going strong, theyre a bright white, no yellow tinge to them...brighter than stock for sure
