So I'm trying to install this on my computer, but I come up w/ an error that says

A cabinet file necessary for installation cannot be trusted.

What the hell is that?

download it again from the ms site

something is corrupt with the existing download

I've tried,

I used the one on microsoft website and I used the one on download.com

same thing for both.
