I have a Buick Lesabre 2000. Can anyone tell me how to program a new keyfob?

its car specific, but it involes the locking and unlocking of doors and the turning on and off of the car, unless rhe Buick requires a OBDII scan tool to marry them to the car

Gotta have the dealership do it... need a TechII scanner to do it
