WTB: Cheap RWD 5spd (~$1000)

I'm looking for a beater as a back-up car. I'm hoping to get something that could eventually become a project for drift or Auto-X or something... Off the top of my head I guess a 240sx could fit the bill, other than that I'm not really sure what's out there that's RWD. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

My brother wants to sell his 1985 Nissan 300zx, rear wheel drive, five speed short throw shifter, silver, t-bar roof ( t-tops), maroon leather interior, still fast, 3.0 litre, 6-cylinder, capable of easy 500+ HP, mind you its a 2-seater, (light weight)cant remember the milage, some repairable rust, and needs both front fenders.
muffler is rusted off, but i am willing to give you my 4" muffler with minor scratches on the buttom of it, He was asking $1200, but i convinced him for $900. let me know if your interested, thanks.
