-This car sounds and feels amazing, Turbo is loud, boost great.

hoods are raised like that purposly using washers or other methods people use to get the heat out of the engine bay... like a giant vent...

how hard is it to get maintenance done on these cars, how reliable is a car like this, also is there anything that may need attention in the near future for maintenance or repairs

Maintenance is easy, Any shop should be able to do it, the pulsar came with a CA18DE, it just wasnt turbo, so parts are easy to get, and for tubro parts, you can use SR parts. I have owned and have been driving it since August 1st, and have had no problems. This car is really reliable for a turbo car, I have never up'd the boost via a boost controller or anything like that. The rear tires dont have much inner tread left, but the are not direction tires, you could easily get them flipped and be back to nearly full tread. Any the turbo has never been replaced, it still boost great and sounds amazing, But it can change over a day of driving it. you can pick up a CA or SR T25 for $100-$125.

And the car is not being winter driven, i may move it to do some work, but thats about it.

Only casue its so low, haha it can easily be fixed by either 1)Raising the car to stock hight or 2)Getting rear Camber adjustors.

But its not that big of a deal.

I Replaced all four tires in August when i got the car.

Honestly parts are not an issue at all.Even stock replacement parts.Just about anything from a 240 sx fits.
