1986 Chevy Celebrity station wagon. 2.8L V6. Blue in colour I need to get rid of this fast to make room for another car.
The good:
since I bought it in 2002 it's had replaced new:
tires
rad
power steering rack
muffler
water pump/timing chain
plugs/wires
carb tune up
alternator
starter
all belts
if I remember correctly the rear shocks and brakes were also done.
The bad:
the oil pump failed
needs new windshield
needs a battery now
290xxx kms
It had regular tune ups and had the head gaskets replaced It burned no oil and started fine until the oil pump went. The interior is in fine shape. No rust holes on the body (some surface rust)
It has a cassette deck and six disk changer. I have extra tailights and a grill as well.
Most of the kms were put on as highway kms on road trips to SASK. It was a good solid reliable car for me.
I hate to see it go to Pick and Pull and let them make money on all the parts.
price? Lets say $400. OBO Or I'm willing to trade for something interesting.
Hopefully it will make someone a good winter beater or supply someone with parts to keep their Celebrity/6000/Ciera/Century going.
I don't have any pics right now but imagine a big blue rectangle with wheels... :)
