alright right now i'm still driving around my prelude with the OEM carbon fiber hood and i got to thinking..is carbon fiber safe in winter or will it start to warp or crack or anything else?

I dont think it would crack, Id just be worried about rock chips.

Cheap quality ones may warp.

You shouldnt need to worry about it warping.. what will cause the warping is large temperature differences, but the hood will heat up (due to the motor) at the same rate as in any other season, just starting at a lower temperature.

oh, well if your not driving it then it'll be fine.
