Yup, it'll fit perfectly! I've seen it done before. HOWEVER, that being said, you have to replace both door panels, which may or may not require mods to put on/in. The stock Civic panels will not form around the Integra dash without trimming it (in other words, cutting into the curves of the Civic door panels).
