NLL Canadian teams?

Okay, I've been obviously away from the NLL scene for a few years.

What happened to the Canadian franchises Ottawa Rebels and Vancouver Ravens??


I know Toronto Rock won last years title.

I don't know about Ottawa but I believe the Vancouver Franchise is temporarily suspended while they are looking for new owners that want to keep the team there. I am not sure but I also think that is also what happened to Ottawa.

Both folded 2 years ago I think it was.

Montreal Express folded as well.

Guess it's just Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton now... it's disappointing that there's no demand/support for NLL (considering lacrosse is suppose to be Canada's National sport)

Yea it really sucks....
For some reason there isn't much draw/investment and its a really great sport.
I went to about 75% of the 'necks games last year and the year before :D

Yeah, I'm quite surprised too. I find lacrosse to be more pumped than hockey as hard rock music is pumped all the time and lots of hard hitting action.
