according to rogan it was snipes that brought up the idea and approched Rogan about the fight. cause snipes owes a couple of mil in back taxes and has no new movie deals on the go. So it is snipes that needs the cash.

If this fight were to happen, my money is on Rogan.
He's actively training with good trainers. Snipes is a question mark. Plus Snipes is getting old.

As far as past experience, I'm giving it to Rogan.
TKD is stupid, but nowhere near as dumb as capoeira (or anyone who thinks it's a "fighting art", for that matter is).
Capoeira requires a lot of skill, and is really cool to watch, but there's precious little martial, and it's mostly art.
It's like saying Jet Lee would have a chance against GSP. Jet Le can pull some cool shit off in front of the camera's, but GSP would maul him inside of 4 seconds.

Additionally, Rogan looks to be about 155-165 (fight weight). I'd put snipes closer to 180-185. If snipes comes in as strong as he always looks to be, a lot of Rogan's BJJ is going to be hard to pull off.
Eddie Bravo, while a BJJ great, has some techniques that just do not look like they'll work well against a stronger opponent. Bravo is stupid flexible, and fairly strong for his size. That's why a lot of his techniques work so well. Unless Rogan has Eddie's flexibility and strength, techniques like "rubber guard" aren't going to work well against a bigger, stronger, Wesley Snipes.
Of course, that all assumes a good groudwork knowledge on Snipes's part.

In any case, Rogan by sub. Round 1.
