Ok so i've recently decided to get my ass back into shape. So i've started to work out again and i want to make an effort to eat healthier.
The only problem is that i buy my lunch at the campus every day and i dont know what to eat that's healthy.
Any suggestions as to what to eat other then bring your own lunch?

Plus if i dont eat any carbs i wont have any energy to work out?
Damn that would mean i have to cut out my rice, pasta and my beloved potatoes.

you can get that chicken sandwich shit at tim hortons in addition to stuff at subway... other than that you really dont have too many options.

the pita place beside kobe beef has some decent health stuff. other than that if you're going hard at the gym get the kobe chicken for your protein. the sauce isn't that bad for you and it's white rice with vegitables

I had the same problem as yourself. I was always eating Udon and A&W, good tasting junk like that. But near the beginning of this year I started buying sandwhiches and wraps from Pastels. For five dollars you can get yourself a pretty solid meal, and if you don't like what they have out, you can get them to custom make your sandwhich for the same price. If i'm not grabbing a bite there I just paper bag it.

Back in the day, I'd buy sandwiches & wraps from the First Cup in Science Theatres...

Is it still there? I loved that place! They had good soup too!

I know what you mean... a lot of those places in mac hall are infested with unhealthy food...

I guess im in the same situation as you..

I hear that Noodle Grill uses a hefty amount of MSG in their products..

Subway the line is always way too long..
