I have had a few cars with Eibach springs on them and so far I have not noticed any problems, but when I had my winter wheels put on my car today the owner of the shop asked what springs I had in and I said Eibachs and he replied he has had a lot replaced under warranty because of sagging. He now sticks primarily to H&R. Just wondering if anyone else has had any issues. I never really have owned a car long enough but I may keep this car for more then a couple years.

I have Eibachs, but have only had them for 2 or 3 months now.
So far so good.

Most will end up sagging eventually wont they? But I mean like over a few years so i think you are fine. I havent used Eibach but havent had any problems with H & R.

My Eibach are still good and I think they've been on the car for 4 years now.

Ha Ha. Went through this on DSM boards years ago. All springs will sag with age & some for sure will be worse than others but H&R salesmen will always say that Eibach springs have a 'sagging' issue. It's really just BS as I had Pro Kits on my DelSol as well as my Eclipse and never had this issue nor had any guys on the DSM site. Considering that Eibachs outsell H&R springs 4-1 in North America you would think that alot of people would have experience with this sagging issue but nobody's ever heard from them so until there is real evidence and not from a pro H&R person I call bullshit. H&R's are good springs but it's kind of bush to make up issues with competitors products without proof.

Eibach is fine, I agree the guy might have been trying to sell some springs. Tein seems to be high quality as well, especially for sag.

i got eibach sportlines and the back sat lower than the front but when i took out my system it evened out, so after about a year with a 150 pound system in the trunk and they still havent sagged i would say they are pretty good

He wasn't trying to sell me anything.

I have had Eibachs on my last 3 cars but have not owned them longer then 2 yrs. I haven't had any issues either. My Altima SER has Sportlines but I only have 9k on the car so far.

Anyways thanks for the feed back guys.

Eibach makes the best springs in the business, IMO

I was doing some research on springs a while back and the Eibach's seem to be pretty good, I don't think I heard one bad comment about them.

My Eibach ERS springs have never sagged in the 1.5 years that I've had them.

Eibach Prokits on my SPEC V for 2 years. No problems. But I've weighted the car down a lot a few times so it's a little bouncy in the back now, but that's because I need new struts.

I've pushed the limits of those Eibachs by driving across canada with the car (3 times I might add) totally loaded down, and no sagging.

I'm sure like anything there's bad sets that go out, so I won't say it's impossible, but it's not the norm.

Thats kinda a bad comparaison tho, SS and flex are full coilovers and eibachs are mainly just spring coils... well i guess they make full coilovers as well now...
