Don't tell me, he moved to another country and is forced to do things he wouldn't normally do, like selling this bike cheap?, he cannot let you see the bike, but if you send him alot of money, he will then start sending the bike to you.

So the Vn# don't mean shiets huh? Even if i went to get a report it's still not worth trying? Is anyone familiar with Bidpay and how it works?

A price like that is fucking fishy. Don't give him the money until you've seen the bike in person and have the title signed over and in your hands. If it's in Calgary there's absolutely no reason not to conduct the deal in person.

Edit: Bidpay IS Western Union. Which means, unlike Paypal or credit card, once you send money through it there's absolutely no way to get it back.

He easily could have gotten a vin number off a public site from a legitimate seller.

They are called Western Union money order scams.

Read about them

On ebay, search for a pioneer avic-n2. A guy says, send me 500 on western union m/o and I will send you one! yay!

Scams.

I will insist Paypal if you really want to try.

But all sign point to a scam, I won't buy it unless it's in front of you and you call the VIN in yourself.
