Looks pretty good, if not a bit soft, but the picture's kinda small which makes it a bit tough to tell. If you could post a bigger version, that would be excellent.

(And don't be trashin' the Toshibas, I'm still using a 3.2MP Toshiba! :D )

I do some processing on all my images due to my less-than-stellar camera, but it's usually limited to noise reduction, levels, and colour. The first pic is just Noise Ninja and a bit of saturation. The second one was Noise Ninja, saturation, an Overlay layer and I turned the felt to blue because it matched the tone of the picture better. The third was Noise Ninja as usual and a bit of burn to remove a white wire that happened to be on my desk at the time.

Your shots are fantastic! Was the second one shot on a white background, or was it edited?

BerserkerCatSplat

I'm guessing the high-up streaks come from lit overhead road signs, which are less than commonplace in Canada. You could try the big traffic safety sign on the way to Airdrie, it might work.

CatSplat: It was shot in front of a window. The only editting that was done was desaturating it (original colour is the same as the first). Other than that, nothing was done.
