Resonant Engineering HC 15 Sub, in a professionally built box. Absolutely top of the line 15" sub. This thing is both crazy loud, but also has good sound quality. Basic specs in the list I provide below show max rms power at 1200rms, with 1500 for daily and much more for burps, and a Xmax of 21mm.

My friend who is a stereo competition afficionado had the same sub, which he paired with a Memphis 1000D amp. He had this to say about it: "At 3.5^3@35Hz it sounded excellent, hit 145dB legal, and still left me usable trunk space."

I paid $500 for the sub, and $150 for the box. In great shape, used little.
Sell for $400. I am in Edmonton, but can deliver to Calgary at the end of the month.

dimensions of the box? I have been looking for one of these forever
though, it IS an amazing woofer, but it is not RE's top of the line...
