So I arrive downtown this morning at 7am to work. I am the only one here and I have to unlock the door and disarm the alarm... That goes alright, door unlocked, alarm turned off... Now here's the kicker... I'm sitting here in the DARK... I can't find any light switches to turn on the lights in my office... They aren't motion because I have been moving around... The only source of light that I have is the light coming from my laptop... Now I have to look like the stupid new guy when the next person comes in and finds me sitting in the dark.

You have to look all around, look where you would never think you'd find the light switches, and they'll be there!!

Hahaha ok so the next person just came in and showed me the switch... I got a nice weird look though.. HAHAHA.
It was a breaker type switch that you have to trip for 5 seconds before the lights power up... How was I supposed to know that. I'm only the technical specialist... LOL

Thats the only time I can pull down and do maintenance on some of our servers that need to be punched manually... The ones that I can't run scripts overnight on...
It also means that I go home at 3:00 :P
