yea, the two top bids were by guys who are either buying shit for palm pilots, or selling cds and wrestling videos online. There is no way that is an actual auction. Plus explain to me the repeat bid of 3,000,000.

I would think that Ferrari would have strict controls as to the resale of the FXX. Considering they will only sell the car to the most enthusiastic and skilled Ferrari drivers, I dont think they would let the purchaser simply flip the car shortly thereafter for a huge profit.

My guess is that this "auction" is a publicity stunt for the dealership.

I thought that Ferrari wasn't selling them at all. As I understand it, they will only lease the FXX's out so they can retain control of who drives them.
