Well I cant see the page but since its ebay Id assume its something ROCKETTZZ ++++ NAWZZZ SUPER FRRONT BUMPER or something so I would say no. If its for a civic, go somewhere local like contemporary or customauto and get something that you can se in person and that you know is good.

Well I can't see the page either, but the link itself says its a control arm bushing or something suspension related. I would recommend you stay away and actually just spend the money on a new OEM part or grab one from one of the dozens of Civic hatchbacks sitting in wrecking yards by now.
