Just bought today, impulse purchase. Insignia 42" plasma HDTV (on sale at Bestbuy for $1499.99), Sony upconverting DVD player and a monster cable HDMI to DVI cable. I`d rather give someone the deal I got than the hassle of taking it back. I bought it for just under $2,000 with tax, so you pay what is on the bill. Everything included (boxes, cables, wrap, etc).

Opened, dvd player set up and tested.

The plasma had to be removed from the box to get it into my car, it was NEVER layed down, was transported in wrapping with foam around it. Nothing has been screwed into the tv (base or speakers).

it was $1450 plus tax and enviro for the plasma (just took money off the tv instead of the HDMI cable, as employees get in trouble when they mark down Monster stuff), $149.99 for the HDMI-DVI cable and $159.99 for the DVD player.

I used to have this tv, pretty good for the price as long as you stick to hd channels and dvds with a player like the one this guy has.

Only downsides are the blacks arent very dark and normal digital non-hd channels look, well, not so good.

soooo fishy! i've brought back more then used electronics to bestbuy! and they had noooo problem returning it! and why wouldn't someone just got there themselfs and get the same deal!

i'll give you 1500 right now, as long as your give me the recipt from today and the goods!

WTF? You can`t read? I`d rather pass the deal (its more or less employee pricing on the stuff besides plasma) on to someone than go through the hassle of loading this thing in my car, it was hard enought bringing it back from the store. Someone could try to get the same deal, but seeing as all of the stores are sold out, good luck.

$1500? Seriously buddy, no need to be a douche bag.
