Foz

Just seeing what's everyone's arm size? Bicep and tricep measurement circumference.

Right is just over 15 inches
Left is a little under 15 inches

Last time I checked they were around just over 17 inches. But that was just over 2 years ago, and have been working out fairly regularly since then, I am pretty sure they would be atleast a bit bigger now. O and its defined muscle :D

hard to tell relative to height. for the guy whos 6'3" (myself) 17" muscular arms dont look too big at all, but for the guy who is 5'6" with 17" arms he is going to look jacked. its all relative to proportion, in order for me to look proportionally larger id need 21" arms at least... one day, one day...

Ha Ha. this thread is lame but I will contribute. 17" most likely closer to 18" after an arms workout. I train for strength over muscle size though as I only weigh 185lbs. I see guys with biceps far larger than mine that struggle curling 60lb dumbells while I'm doing 70lbs for reps lol.

Guys lie about all their measurements lol

I had this buddy I worked out with similar size to you... who swore up and down his arms were 17". He was 170 and RIPPED (and I mean RIPPED), so they looked HUGE. I brought a tape with me once and sure enough... 15.5 lol

Derek when he was younger beat the second place Canadian champ lol...

He got that way cause his parents had a cleaning company in his youth, and he would mop movie theatres and office buildings for hours at a time, and that's why the right is an inch bigger then the left lol.

Well I decided to get accurate and did some measurements and found some inconsistencies with what I said earlier. Using my wife's sewing tape measure I measured my biceps and they were below past measurements. My biceps are 17" and I worked on my arms tonight! I am actually 5'7.8" tall & weigh in at 188lbs as of today. I did boast 18" as they have been that large in the past but they are not now so I probably deserve some flaming.:( Unfortunately my body is well past its prime, the 6-pack I had in my 20's and early 30's is now a 4-pack on a good day and 2-pack on a bad day. Not making excuses but when you get to my age (36) and older the workout that got you ripped and busting out in your 20's doesn't cut it anymore. Even though I am just as strong if not stronger than I've ever been, I have to work twice as hard to get ripped and it comes down to a matter of time & dedication of which I don't have as much of anymore. Anyway I did a couple of pics that were the best I could do by myself.

Mine are also 17" I am 5'7" and 215. I used to wrestle at the U of C when I was in University, and when I quit wrestling, I went up to 235 and stacked. I am pretty lethargic now in my old age, but still no slouch. Here's a pic of me last summer holding a 68 lb salmon. And yes, I caught it, on an crippled anchovy rig, trolling 105 feet down in 300 feet of water off Swanson Island.

Yeah it's mainly from my manual labor job I've been doing for the past 3 years, but in the past 6 months I've been able to train myself to work both sides.

Knucks to any southpaws out there!

:werd: repping the southpaws!

im 6'2 220lbs of a mix of muscle and fat. just started going back to the gym a few weeks ago, but im naturally big which helps. right now my bi's are around 15.25, 15.5 or so. didnt get a real accurate measurement, but probably in that area. my arms look pretty small in proportion to my body.

I'm about 6' tall, and I weigh roughly 165lbs.
My arms are both around 14 inches. Left one is a bit smaller. Some of y'all are pretty big.
