Not the selection that SUperstore and WalMart carries, but an actual hobby shop with a large selection of scal model cars. I'm looking to get something for my father in law.

here's an online one: http://eastvillagemotors.com/ based in Calgary.

there used to be one in Bowness (on Bowness Rd) and one in Sunridge mall. Anyone know if they are still around?

PM Hobbies, sells the best selection i think, anything from superstore brand all the way up to GMP, there on 32nd ave and 19th st

Theres also a store on 16th ave called The Hobby Guys....they sell a shitload of diecasts as well as other stuff.

Car dealerships have manufacturer-specific diecast models. Very expensive though.

For example, BMW E30 M3 is over $100.

Are you looking for plastic kits you put together yourself?

If so PM hobbies is good, And Chinook Hobbies on Macleod Tr. And 51st ave I believe it is.
