no where, calgary is bunk for new years! the best is to get outta town with friends, and do something not involving a bar that your use to! thats just my opinion

Yeah, Calgary's pretty quiet for NYs.

Bunch of us went down to Elkford B.C for NYs ending up with rednecks.... what the hell were we thinking.. :nut:

Also the U of R mens basketball team just let me know today that they rented out all of the Golden Mile Bowling Alley hahaha. 200 people, $10/person for unlimited bowling from 9PM-5AM and $3 drink specials all nite. Again, msg me for tix.

depending where you're coming from. You could be from Elkpoint BC and Calgary will be a blast...

Typically, it's not the atmosphere that counts (it's a bonus), but it's good company (friends/family/loved ones) that make it a big party!
