So I received this a few days ago, and have decided its not in my budget, since HD RAM Case is at least going to be another 300 or so, not to mention video card, and since i just finished throwing in a new mobo in another computer, i'll probably just use that for now...
Motherboard:
Is obviously meant for the CPU, its a D945Psn. Dual-channel DDR2, PCI-E x16, High-Def 5.1 Surround Sound Audio, supports EM64T, Supports up to 1066MHz system bus, LGA775 Socket

CPU:
Dual Core 2.8 GHz Pentium D 820, Cache: 2x1Mb, 800 MHz FSB,

I havent even opened the boxes, so the factory seals are still in tact, thats how brand new these are. As you can see from the Mem-X website, the processor alone is worth $300, and a comparable motherboard on there is worth $160...
Im looking to get like $375 or so for both...will sell separate however.
PS...you lowball, you die
