Mama Noodles

K i have been eating them for a couple of years now, they come with 2 packets the first of which contains seasoning and some chili powder, WTF is in the 2nd packet, its some white glue thing. I always end up throwing it out, anyone know what it is?

Besides mama noodles whats a good brand noodle. I like them very thin. Im just overwelmed at the selection at most places, what do you guys recommend.
