Biceps or triceps?

In a everyday function, I personally believe the tricep is used more often than the bicep.

I typically push more than pull.

Biceps do look nice. But I think the tricep will aid in throwing a punch (not looking for any ;) )

What your thoughts?

Doing manual labour for 2 years, triceps are more useful.
