The specifications on the bottom of the Mini
It says its a 1.42gig but in OSX its recognized as a 1.5 gig.

It's probably one of the "silent update" machines Apple was dropping into the market. Lots of people were purchasing 1.42 Ghz/32MB Video machines and discovered they had in fact received 1.5Ghz/64MB Video minis.
