WTB: Domestic car for 10 -15,000

Hi, I am looking for a car for my dad. Although it is a decent price range I need something more specific.

I need the car to preferablly be white.

Something like an Impala. and not super high km on it.

If you know anyone who sells them etc., please reply to the posting.

This car maybe will turn into a cab.
