WTF is it on a 90 4 door integra? anyone? i need to know this, and where it is located.

I would guess it's the aftermarket rack that attaches to the roof for bikes, skis, luggage, etc. :dunno:

You mean for the brakes? The bracket that the caliper attaches to?
