FS: Sofa Set

Doing some home renovations and this sofa set doesnt quite match our new decor and carpet so its time to sell them off.
They havent been used much as they were in a room were no body sat. They are rougly 6 and a half years old.Bought them brand new.
Both pieces are in mint condition.
They came stain gaurded from purchase and they said it would last roughly 2-3 years depending on use. And we had our carpet cleaned a little over a year ago and at the same time we had the two sofas cleaned. Nothing has ever been spilled on them and no pets have touched them.

There is a Love Seat and a Triple seater with a double size fold out sofa bed.(Metal Frame Sofa Bed Made by Leggett & Pratt).

Asking price for the set is $850. Willing to accept offers. The buyer will have to arrange delivery.

Don't want to piss you off, but Leggat & Platt is the company that made the actual metal part for the sofabed to come out. The sofa will have been made by another company. Look under the loveseat cushion, and there should be a tag that says who made it. Good luck with the sale, they are in wicked shape. I sell custom furniture and I have seen some nasty 6 year old furniture.

No pissing me off...and i was trying to convey the message that the sofa bed pullout was made by leggett and pratt ill edit that so it makes more sense

and i couldnt find a label for the sofa company but ill double check that on the loveseat cushion. Thanks :thumbsup:

ill also have some other furniture up for sale soon once i get things cleaned up around the house so ill be willing to make some combo deals if someones interested.

There has been interest in the sofa bed alone so if anyone wants just the love seat it may be possible to part them.

finally got the other furniture setup so ill be taking pictures and posting them soon.
Basically there is a bedroom suite 6pieces and a single bed with headboard.
