I'm looking to build an EF or EG. All that I'm looking for is a decently clean body and a 5-speed car. Not too concerened about the motor.

*EDIT*
The Volvo's sold, so I can't trade it anymore

HEHE, I'm looking for something light. Preferably a hatch, but I'll entertain a coupe as well. I should also add EK's to the list...if they're not too expensive.

I know of an EF that will be for sale as a shell but the rear quarter right now is curently a little cut up. Although with the whole case goign to the courts it might be fixed by the time it rolls around to sell it.

Let me know if you are interested and I can grab some pictures of it and get them to you.

If you're interested in a Volvo 740 wagon, I might consider a trade. It's a turbo 2.3L with a 5-speed, a few go-fast goodies on it.

shoulda jumped on mine, matt ;)

Yeah, I just decided to start this project. It looks like I'm going to end up with an EF. It seems like the EF's I'm finding are all in better shape than the EG's.

Well now that my teg is reliable and decently fast, I need something light that I can experiment with. I want to get under 2,000lbs, so I'm sure a stripped hatch wouldn't be hard to do it in. Is your sedan really that light?? I weighed my Teg, and I came in around 2,850 with me in it and an almost empty tank...so it looks like I'm at the 2,700lb mark.

I also have all of those B20 internals that I need to use up. I was starting to build a new engine, then realized that it didn't have a home. This way I can have a dedicated track car and keep a confortable daily driver.

Besides, I love projects. I felt empty once my last engine was built and installed. :D

Bump, still looking for a good shell. Preferably one that I can just drop a motor in and be done with.

Bump, I've added a link to the Volvo info in the first post. I'd be willing to trade it for a shell +/- some cash depending on it's condition.

Might as well bump this up again. The main thing is that the body is in decent shape. I've found a couple of potential cars, but I want to entertain some more options before make a decision.
