Oh Jaymez has the 'mod' tag under his name now, nice work and thanks for taking on the responsibility for all us suby lovers!

I have myself a 04 wrx, wrb that I picked up in august. I have gotten to meet a lot of you at the Calgary sept-oct-nov Suby meets, I have since moved to Edmonton, but will enjoy coming down for some meets in the new year!

Here is a pic of my car (foreground) from one of the last meets.

Holy crap, I haven't been on here in ages. I've got a 2002 WRB WRX wagon with
- cracked windshield
- lots of rock chips
- tinted glass on the back 5 windows
- PDE up and down pipes
- Perrin short shift
- DIY grounding kit
- bike and snowboard roof racks
- lots of dirt
- FF1000 where the fogs used to be
- Hakka Q's on steelies
- Perrin rear sway, Perrin F/R links
- Goodridge lines, KVM pads, Motul

Planned mods
- AP
- HID
- rear brake mod
- summer tires
- a decent HU with some damping and new speakers
- V7 struts/springs
- RA gears for when I finally frag the tranny

Pics? Imagine a WRB wagon covered in salt, dirt and dust with steelies. Yep, that's me.

I wish I had a swap
My engine is still in good shape. So I wanna do a JDM front end conversion first. But eventually I'll be getting (like most RS drivers say) either a EJ207 or EJ257, with a DCCD 6-speed
Fragment is very knowledgable about swaps, listen to him.

Its nice to have a place for all the Suby Lovers.

I have a 04 WRB STi and the only mod I have done so far is

Whiteline Steering Rack Bushing which I have not install yet.
Will be looking into new Rims, Tires, and Suspension upgrade

One of the most important 'mods' I want to carry out is to improve my own driving skills. Perhaps one goal of this new forum could be to set up a track day for Subarus in 2006?

My first Subaru, 2005 Impreza 2.5RS. Just put the rims on it, 17" Prodrive P-WRC1 by OZ racing in anthracite. Now it needs to be lowered. Anyone recommend what kind of springs i should use? So far i have Injen Intake, OBX equal length headers, 2 1/4" piping, Flo-Pro stainless exhaust with 4" rolled tip. Waiting for my Perfectpower 6 engine management system to get back from Rallitek (sent it back to get the harness installed and the one they got had some "issues", been waiting for a while and its driving me nuts), next i plan on getting lightweight pulley and motor mounts from Rallitek.

I have the same mudflaps on my car and they are garbage, my whole lower car is scraped to hell...mind you I do enjoy the gravel driving.

I would suggest going with prodrives for that kind of cash...or for something cheaper get a set of rally armors...even cheaper you can get a sheet of plastic on ebay and cut it yourself.

Nice pics guys... I'm currently looking into a 2007 WRX (with the financial aid of the parents) I'm a honda fanboy, with alot of suby love in him haha.

Hopefully (if i do get it for sure) it'll be this summer... Can't wait! Hope to see what happens.

Good Luck

I was a true Honda fan owned 10 hondas already.

I love my WRX the torque AWD and boxer rumble is addictive.
The only thing I miss about owning a honda was the cheaper gas prices, smooth trannys and high screaming redlines.

First time subie owner. Just sold my Chevy S10 4x4 and bought a '01 Legacy GT Limited.

Only "mod" done is a different catback exhaust. Pic after claybar and wax:

Thanks man. Bought it for $19k USD, but after currency conversion, duty (built in Japan), and GST it was closer to $21kCDN.

The picture was actually taken in Colorado.
