Selling my daily driver as we have 4 cars now and no space.
The truck is a 1989 4Runner that was converted into a truck by the previous owner.
About 245k on it. 22RE engine, 2.4L 4 cylinder. 5 Speed manual. 4x4
The pictures below tell basicly how it looks like.
The bad part is that the rear differential has been making some klonking when on slippery surface and it does not allow me to engage 4x4 mode. The car still drives in 2 wheel mode without a problem other than occasional noise when on ice/snow)
Front glass is cracked and will need a new seal or trim around the winshield. No rear tailgate just a "Baja-tailgate" (made of fabric).
Front bumper has a dent in the middle. Typical rust on fenders and rear quarters including a hole in the passanger side fender from rust.
Recent work that was done:
- All fluids changed and all joints greased.
- Has a K&N air filter
- new struts all around and add-a-leaf in the back
- new alternator
- clutch done 2 years ago
- Battery replaced last year with a lrger one
- new, custom built rear bumper
The box is lined with wood and sprayed with Rhyno coating.

This would make a good off-road truck once the rear diff was fixed. Or it can be a good work truck as with the add-a-leaf kit it is able to handle a bit extra weight.
I actually drove it to Vegas 1.5 years ago and had no problems at all.
