Need a Website Made

I don't know how much these usually cost... so... just post your price.

I have an image attached that shows how I want it laid it. It doesn't need to be overly fancy. It just needs to have the man navigation easily accessable and used. This site is seen by about 2,000 people a day of various backgrounds.

I would like a complimentary color scheme, with no contrasting colors or whatever... it needs to be good looking.

I need a big image at the top to act as my logo, with my domain name in it. Supporting images would be great too.

Normally I do these, but I've just had enough with the websites. I hate making them.

I really need this website back up and running because I'm losing money while it's offline. I can't afford that.

More specific details will be released to whoever agrees to do it.

Thanks everyone for your input, but I feel as if I am being misunderstood.

Normally I handle the creation of my own website, and I am very capable of handling the content side of things. What I really need is a template that I will be able to impliment faily easily.
