is it lowerd?? if it is what brand springs/shocks and is there a camber kit on it at all??

It is lowered, though it was when I bought it so not sure what kind of springs they are, they ride nice though, almost like a stock honda but with no body roll. They are red, not sure if that helps...

not likely at its current ride height, new springs would be needed with a smaller drop. 17's fit fine with no rubbing.
