Raz got banned a long time ago, return of Beloved Raz2, went well.. then I spammed the marketplace (too tempting) then in the middle of it all someone made a Raz3 and spammed for about 10 minutes before getting banned ... ?

And now, after cooling off, I'm back - as R4Z - :)

It's all good. Enjoy the tercel vid! :D

Well, the vid is put together in the pretty useless editing program of "Windows Movie Maker 2" and is shot on a non-steady-cam Panasonic Mini-DV cam. This year some time, I'll upgrade to a HardDrive cam, or another DV cam with a biger lense and anti-shake/steady-shot/whatever built in.

If the link don't work, it's probably my provider "Hurricane Electric" that blocked your IP range for no reason, i'll have to have a chat with their NOC soon.

hehe, I'm a member of (and hoster of) the local Calgary Volvogroup, and since my current Turbo volvo doesn't run right (electrical problems) I slapped a pair of volvo badges on the Terc ;)

That reminds me, the Turbo Volvo will work right fairly soon, and the "Two Tone Terror" will roam the AutoXs - hopefully! :)

I "modded" my backyard to allow for a second vehicle :D

You SHOULD try, its very fun, doesn't necessarily hurt your car, and is a good way to learn driving.

I thought I'd learnt driving fine too, and I do, I'm an excellent motorist of the automobile, *honk honk* however, I learned a bit more car control than I thought I would at the track there, its just simply TONS of fun.

Its 20 bux, plus getting a helmet to race. You should really come! I'd LOVE to see a Caprice being swung around ;)

Next event is the 15th, I'll post about it in Events/Meets soon.

I'll be there for sure, don't know what I'm going to drive.

Golf is in pretty rough shape, and needs at least new passenger side axle since we killed one on last auto-x, and I can't find my spare. I was going to start swapping new motor in and get the body work fixed but don't have time.
I'm really busy working on one Rally Corolla plus my truck blew head gasket (great timing) a needs lot of other work, and I have couple other cars that need some work and have to be done latest next week.

Bimmers - that would be a lot of fun,but they cant get dirty.

I need to drive in FWD if I want to stay on top of the things in our class. We need ton of snow cause I cant keep up with those Type-s on straights, its like drag racing:thumbsdow . Last year RSX's did pretty poor in snow :D

Is the Corolla FWD? If you want, I might have my Volvo, you can race my Tercel :) (it can be put in FWD mode by the twitch of a lever)

I have some wheels, worst case scenario I get axle from P&P and get the golf ready

Its 1972 Corolla RWD 2.2, with lots of goodies (two sidedraft webers 45) welded rear diff. - Owner will run full season this year in western rally championship

Looks like you either use the handbrake, the "swedish fling" or fairly oversteery characteristics of the GTi :)

Oh man, on my way home last night around 22:00 I bent a tie-rod badly - I have like 20 degrees of toe-out now!!! :D I'm going fab up some new tierods and see if I can't leave in a few degrees of toe out for the next autox ;)

Oh and no, I don't think my car is street legal.. well, I mean it has brakes and stuff ... but is _VERY_ loud ... :D
