programming a Command Start CS290i-c

I hope someone can help me? I purchased a 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix GT with a CS 290i-c remote starter already installed in it. The problem I am having is the door locks will only work occasionally and it is really frusterating me. If anyone can send me the programming instructions, I would appreciate it. Thanks!
