awsome civic(sleeper) :)

would there be a problem with the air filter so close to the exhaust manifold?

we didn't notice anything, the intercooler is pretty efficient. I really had no room to mount that sucker considering how the turbo was mounted. Anyway, if anything, a heat shield might be in the works but we're not too worried.:D

Looks sweet! What are you expecting for performance?
I would desperately look for an alternate location for that air filter. Under load, that header's gonna get pretty warm.
Good luck!

Did you make that manifold or is it pre made?

thanks man, the kit was actually outta phil's old yellow ef civic, so the manifold was pre made. As for the air filter, it's been pretty good for the few days that we've been driving it hard. Yah, it is pretty close to the header but it's nothing that the intercooler can't handle!! hahaha;) :D

Hey man, there's documented proof to that claim! There was a recall on those gauges because they were clogging up or something!! hahaha, it's true, ask B18C!!! He's actually the one that told me about it!!! hahahaha
But yah, if that JB weld doesn't hold the pressure from the windshield washer nozzles...I'm calling it quits!!!;)
