I have been playing it a while on my laptop:

3.4ghz
1gb of ram
ati 9800 radeon 256mb

and I can run it at the highest quality settings and it still runs smoothly. The graphics are really good.

I think you should be able to since to my knowledge theres an xbox version too. But I think it needs dual analogue.
