FS: 1989 Oldsmobile Delta '88 Royale Brougham Under $500

Up for grabs is my old car, I was given a hand me down and have no need to own two old model vehicles.


Some Specs.

Power steering, seats, mirror, oem CD player (however does not work for CD, sorry)

digital dash guages for mileage, avg. speed, km of fuel left, etc.

this thing runs great, starts up in the cold and headlights, brakes and wipers are good. Tires are winter tread and about 75%


This car has 440,000 km, seems high, but the original owner of the car was a courier on highways up north (since I still have the original owners manual etc with ther persons info).

I've owned it for 2 years and in order to meet inspection had to replace the windshield and brake lines. Both were replaced with new parts by a mechanic. Recently replaced the windshield washer fluid pump, never even had a chance to use it.

I imagine this car would pass inspection as I've driven it with no issues up until a week ago. I am going to miss the smooth ride of this beater :)

Issues: Leaks some oil, however runs clean, no weird smoke.

so would u trust it to drive to red deer?? cause if i was to buy it i would have to get it back to red deer some how, in not worried about an inspection seeing as the girlfriends dad is a mechanic and will do one, but im just wondering how long this car would last as a daily driver, 6 months? 1 year or what? im interested but i dont get a day off untill jan 25th. so would u hold it for me??

I would trust this car to last forever. No joke. I drove it through all seasons with no issues. No shakes, bumps. Drove it up through Roger's pass in the middle of winter, etc, no issues.
