Seminars always are. I can't stand morons who advertise these things because of their own good will. Why would they share these secrets with the world and increase competition when they can do it themselves.

Most seminars, even free ones, will always try and convince you to buy something at the end. The speakers of these events usually make ridiculous amounts of money.
